Heber Elementary School District hereby provides formal notice that the 2026–2027 Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) Draft is available for public review on the HESD website at  https://www.hebersd.org/84991_2, or you may obtain a hard copy at our District Office.

The LCAP describes the District’s annual goals, actions, and services to support positive student outcomes, including specific supports for student groups, in alignment with state priorities.

Members of the public, as well as the Parent Advisory Committee and English Learner Advisory Committee, may submit written comments regarding LCAP actions and expenditures by completing this feedback form OR emailing dherrera@hebersd.org, 

You are also cordially invited to attend our next LCAP Parent Advisory Committee (PAC) Meeting on Thursday, May 28, 2026 to share your feedback. Please see flyer for additional details. 

The Governing Board will hold a public hearing on June 15, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at HESD Board Room. At this time, members of the public may provide comment on the LCAP and Budget Overview for Parents. The Governing Board is scheduled to consider adoption of the LCAP and Budget Overview for Parents on June 22, 2026.
