Welcome Parents! The HESD office is here to assist you with enrolling your child in school. Please read the information below to prepare everything you may need for a successful registration. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us using the information below.

WHO NEEDS TO ENROLL?

• Heber residents who are attending school for the first time
• Students new to the district (they have recently moved into Heber boundaries or they were previously attending a private school, charter school or were home-schooled).
• Students who will continue attending HESD schools for the incoming school year.

 WHAT DO I NEED TO ENROLL?

All students (TK-8) must be registered by a parent/guardian and provide the required documents outlined below.

• Birth Certificate
• 2 proofs of residency such as utility bill, rental agreement, mortgage document, or a change of address confirmation from USPS
• Current immunization records
• TK/Kinder only: Oral Health Form and Health Examination Form

Transitional Kindergarten (TK) and Kindergarten (K)

Transitional Kindergarten (TK) students are are those who will turn 4 years old by September 1^st.  

Kindergarten students are 5 years of age at the time of enrollment, or are expected to turn 5 by September 1st. 

• Kindergarten: 5 years old by September 1, 2026
• TK: 4 years old by September 1, 2026
